Okay, for those of you who are following the unfolding saga of my quest to catch that "midnight plane to Houston"..here's a sweet little update... a tale of TRIUMPH if you will!! After employing all of my skills of diplomacy and using every squeezable drop of my SOUTHERN CHARM, I managed to persuade BFF that Houston needs him... So it looks as if this may be a Deliteful field trip. After kicking around several options with regard to logistics we have finally laid some TENTATIVE groundwork for our SUMMER SIZZLE DEBAUCHERY TOUR as it is being called in this..its infancy. We will be flying out from different locations at approximately midday on Thursday to convene at our luxury digs that evening. There is another acquaintance of ours that inquired about being a groupie on the tour bus, to which BFF did raise the VALID advantages, pointing out that we WILL need a proverbial MULE as it were to carry our bags, stand at various bars and purchase our drinks, fend off admirers, be the beard when unwanted suitors approach, go get our coffee...Perrier....condoms.. Etc. would that not be delish I ask? However this is still floating in the air as far as I'm concerned as I don't know if I can bear having this person along even if he will function as the minion i always seem to need to do my bidding... We will have to watch and wait... Oh by the way this SERVANT we will call THE WATER HORSE. ... So the appearance of THE WATER HORSE as an opening act and general roadie for us is still not confirmed. As for the birth of this... my brain child...
