SO MY HEART CAN TAKE A HOLIDAY FROM BREAKING OVER HIM...JERSEY AND JaYLuV CALL IT QUITS...

I'd like to begin this installment with some words from a very little known song from Diana Ross's Album Everyday Is A New Day called "So They Say".. 

When I think about all the love & fun that we used to have
There's no doubt that I do miss your touch
And all the good times and the bad...
But I..I realize that we were not meant to be
So I'll set you free 'cause what they say doesn't apply to you and me....

And so it is with great sadness and frustration that I take the time to share with all of you, that Jersey and I have decided to part ways. Which in my opinion is tremendously unfortunate as it is not at all what I expected to come of the situation, nor was it my desire. I found Jersey to be fun, playful, intelligent...a ray of Sunshine.

Some good things do come to an end
If you're ever down and out and need
I will be right here..always
You have a friend in me

But as is often the case with these things, timing is not right....or the stars are not in line.. or whatever it is that rules and governs the the fates when it comes to love and relationships and people for their own reasons decide to pursue other endeavors. They simply walk away.  The demise of a friendship or relationship is not easily given to analysis.. and in that vein I will simply say that the time spent with Jersey was wonderful and magical..and will always live in my mind as a great experience and beautiful way to round out the Summer of 2009. Those months when the warmth of August turns into the cool of September which gives way to the Autumn leaves of Red and Gold that wrap us in bare November will be eternally stamped in my conciousness with images of Jersey.

So Call on me even though we're apart....
